About this Event
Structured Problem Solving: Lean Six Sigma Essentials
Utilising Continuous Improvement tools and techniques from Problem Solving, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies, this interactive workshop will take you from a reactive or random approach to a structured one, as adopted by many world-class manufacturing businesses to improve productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
This workshop will complement your Continuous Improvement journey and can serve as an introduction for new starters, a refresher for those seeking new ideas, or for companies embarking on their CI journey.
The sessions will revolve around a fun and rewarding interactive manufacturing simulation, where everyone will be involved and contribute to the changes needed to create a world-class process.
The workshop consists of two half-day sessions, with a gap in between to allow participants to apply the lessons learnt in their own factories and provide feedback at the start of the second session.
You can expect to gain valuable insights from these workshops, and all materials used will be available in electronic format for future reference.
Day 1: Wednesday 15th January, 9am to 12:30pm
