Class will be Monday July 21st and Wednesday 23rd from 6p-10p and Saturday July 26th from 8a-4p. Must have a confined space class or a building construction class as well Structural collapse 1. Class will be held at our borough community room located on the 2nd floor in our municipal building located at 1 Raymond Bodnar Way, Munhall, Pa 15120. This course is designed to teach students the skills necessary to perform at the operationallevel at structural collapse incidents involving light frame and heavy wall structures. Description of
Course: This course gives fire department and rescue personnel the knowledge and skills ยท necessary to
operate effectively at incidents involving the collapse of light frame and heavy wall structures. Students
are given extensive hands on instruction in structure assessment, emergency shoring and stabilization,
breaching building materials and patient packaging and extrication.
