STRONGSIDE is bringing the workout to the green in the Mill on Etowah!Join us for exciting outdoor community workouts at the Mill on Etowah June 28th, July 19th, and August 23rd! These are open to any and everyone of all fitness levels!
Whether you're a member at STRONGSIDE or just wanting to try out something new, this is your chance to get sweaty, move around, and surround yourself in a fun, supportive, and high-energy environment!
Our workouts will be led by the one and only Coach Sara, and are built to challenge you just enough and get you feeling strong - come and get it!
Here's what you will need to bring:
- Water bottle
- A friend (or two!)
- Good energy and good vibes
