StrongHER is a women’s group at Christian Celebration Center in Midland, MI. This event provides a space where worship meets movement, and workouts becomes a way to honor God. Workouts feature cardio and body-weight movements, designed to build endurance, strength, and confidence in a supportive, faith-filled environment.
Modifications for all fitness levels are available, making this a space for every woman to feel supported and encouraged. Together we will get StrongHER while protecting the temple God has given us and building a community rooted in friendship and faith.
