Stronger Together: Empowering Families Through TherapyA Weekend Retreat Promoting Healing, Connection, and Resilience
Reaching Beyond Resilience (RBR) invites families from across the St. Louis region to participate in Stronger Together: Empowering Families Through Therapy, a powerful and transformative three-day retreat focused on strengthening family bonds, fostering open communication, and building emotional resilience.
The retreat will take place September 5–7, 2025, at the Center of Clayton, located at 50 Gay Ave, St. Louis, MO 63105.
Retreat Schedule:
Friday, September 5: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Saturday, September 6: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Sunday, September 7: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Families will engage in supportive group therapy sessions, interactive workshops, and guided discussions led by licensed therapists and mental health professionals. The weekend will emphasize the power of shared healing, the importance of family communication, and practical strategies to nurture healthier relationships.
The event is open to families of all structures and backgrounds. Space is limited, and early registration is encouraged.
