Welcome to the Stronger Together Community Health Fair! Join us at Roxbury Community College for a day filled with valuable health resources and activities. This event is about coming together as a community to promote wellness and learn about staying healthy. From free health screenings and education on health research studies to interactive workshops, there's something for everyone. Join us in bringing together healthcare professionals to provide information and access to resources. Together, we can go from at-risk to actively healthy!
We hope to cover multiple health topics and offer resources attendees can take back to their community. Free food, parking, raffles, and prizes, plus information you can take back to our communities!
