Learn how to do the splits or increase your flexibility at any age! In this class, we will learn active stretches and conditioning (both on and off aerial equipment) to help improve strength and range of motion.
This workshop is taught by Rachel, who learned how to do the splits at age 36.
Ages 15+ are welcome!
