Come listen to a community meeting about a new affordable housing project on the north side of University Drive, and then join us to hang out afterwards.This project may be the first fruits of the affordable housing zoning relief package which passed council late last year. We will then join together after the meeting to briefly discuss the implications, and how we can work to allow Denton to provide the diverse housing types people want in a way where all neighborhoods embrace slow, healthy change that helps neighborhood residents, not harms them.
