Join me for a mixture of mindful yin-style classes at the Salisbury Centre. Feel relaxed at the end of a busy week, stretch and breathe.

Class FAQs:
- Classes are intentionally small with a maximum if 10 in each class.
- Beginner and established-practitioner friendly
- Curated sound-scapes for a deeper experience
Class Types:
- Relaxing Yin Slowdown is designed to stretch our fascia and connective tissue. We relax into a posture for 3 to 4 minutes each. The muscles fully relax giving the mind chance to calm.
- Yin - Yang - Yin Flow is designed to provide connective tissue stretching with the benefit of a flowing sequence. We relax into postures only for 1 to 2 minutes before using a yang posture to flow into the next.
Practical Details:
- **Please arrive 10 minutes before class: 5:50pm
- The studio has mats, but welcome to bring your own
