Our Teen Strength Class is all about inspiring kids to love being active while also teaching them the value of discipline, teamwork, and a positive mindset. 💪 Through fun workout challenges, skill-building exercises, and drills, we help teens develop coordination, agility, speed, and strength.Great for cross training for other sports or picking up something new. Establishing great technique early means a lifetime of great fitness habits.
