Shes from the Allison Park area of Pittsburgh. Shelby is a mom of 2 teenage daughters, married to her husband for almost 22 years and as her first career, she worked as a news anchor and reporter.
Health and Wellness have always been an important part of her life and 10 years ago, she decided to commit to helping others feel better and live a healthier life too!!!
The first Zumba class Shelby ever took... she was so Nervous, she almost tripped the person next to her!!!
But it was her instructor who kept encouraging her to come back. It was that instructor who showed Shelby how much fun and how exhilarating Zumba was and is!!!
Years later, Shelby would be so inspired by her first instructor that she decided to get certified herself and teach classes in hopes to inspire others to see their own beauty !!!
Shelby now teaches many fitness formats including Zumba, HIIT, TABATA and STRONG.
She is so excited to dance with us at Emphico and share the JOY of Movement with us!!!!
