Hello Strong Minds Supporter,
As the warm weather approaches, our team at Strong Minds is gearing up for the 8th Annual Run for Change! This exciting event is scheduled for Saturday, May 10th, 2025, starting at 10 am (registration begins at 9 am) at Roberta Bondar Park The Pavilion, followed by an After-Party from 12 pm to 4 pm. We cordially invite you to join us in supporting this important cause and raising awareness about mental health, addictions, and overall health and wellness. This year, all proceeds will benefit mental health initiatives within the Sault Ste. Marie community.

In the past seven years, we have received incredible support from our community, whether through online connections or walking together.
