We will be holding 2 SESSIONS - Ages 4-12 and 12+. Please chose the appropriate event time when booking. $20 to register and includes parent/child. Additional children $5 each.
?8-9 am (ages 4-12) This class will be programmed with mostly cardio and bodyweight exercises that you can do with your child/ren and/or help them complete them together.
?9-10 am (ages 12+) This class will be programmed with equipment and weights (to include an Olympic bar if age appropriate). Both mom and child/ren will be working together but independently on each exercise.
