It's that time of year again Come join us at Nonstop Fitness for an empowering event celebrating the strength of women! To Celebrate Women's History Month. Get ready to sweat, laugh, and feel empowered as we move our bodies together. Whether you're a fitness pro or just starting out, this event is for you. Let's show the world that we are STRONG LIKE A GIRL! See you there! Strong Like A Girl is Back for its Third Year 💜
The first two events were amazing, but this one is going to be even more epic because we are giving back !! If you’ve been to the last Two events you know that we have a TIME every year !! The energy in the room is unmatched!! This workout is lead by the amazing women instructors and Trainers at Nonstop Fitness !
•This year’s workout will be donation-based (give what you can )all the proceeds will be going YOUNITY formerly Known As Women’s Space( non-profit agency serving victims of domestic and sexual assault)
•There will also be a Journaling session after the workout if you choose to participate (bring your journals or purchase one for $5 at the gym please reach out to me if you would like one for pick up at the gym )
•Last year you asked for T-Shirts. They are available this year for pre-order($15) if you would like to order ! Cash app($Nonstopfitness)or Venmo($Nonstopfitness1)with your name and size or you can use the sign up sheet at the gym if your already a member (last day to order is March 19)
•There will be women-owned Vendors in Attendance ( hair care , skin care , body butters ,waist beads , jewelry, press juices , and sweet treats and More )
•Light Refreshments will be served as well (Free)
•Live DJ to keep the party going!
•Cash app , Venmo, and Cash will be accepted for donations As well on the day of the event ! (Drop a little something in the bucket 😉)
