Michelle Epling brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in business development, corporate direct sales, sales coaching, and entrepreneurship. Her dedication to volunteering with major nonprofits and her deep commitment to Madison reflect her passion for supporting both businesses and the community.
She currently serves as a Finance and Advisory Council Member with the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives. She also served as Co-Chair of the Midtown Elementary Grandparents Club (2023–2024) and was recognized as a 2024 Alabama Chamber of Commerce Association Chamber Champion.
A graduate of Auburn University with a BS in Business Administration – Marketing, Michelle has been a Madison resident for over ten years. Her children attend Midtown Elementary, where she serves as VP of Programs for the PTA. She will also complete the four-year Institute for Organizational Management (IOM) designation in June 2025, earning her IOM credential.
Michelle is passionate about reinvesting her time and energy into the community. She is committed to connecting businesses in mutually beneficial ways, fostering long-lasting trust, and helping the City of Madison continue to grow as an exceptional place to live, work, and raise a family.
