Join us for an informative and interactive workshop to help you build strength during pregnancy and postpartum. Learn how to improve your core and pelvic floor, maintain stamina, prepare for birth, and be ready for motherhood.
Led by Amy Hope, DPT. She specializes her physical therapy practice in pregnancy and postpartum fitness. She is also a Crossfit instructor and a yoga teacher.
Cost is $20 for attendees, free for clients with OHP or SNAP.
