Learn how pregnancy and birth affect your pelvic floor, core strength, posture, and overall body function—and what you can do about it.

Led by pelvic health physical therapist Dr. Uju Onyl, DPT, this postpartum-focused workshop will help you:

• Understand what’s normal (and what’s not) in postpartum recovery
• Learn how to safely reconnect with your core + pelvic floor
• Provide tips for leaking, heaviness, and pain with everyday movement
• Feel empowered—not overwhelmed—with practical tools to support healing
