We'll dive into topics like self-worth, body image, and how to approach our food-filled celebrations with joy rather than dread. As our winter schedules shift, this can be a time to prioritize self-care and wellness. However, for those struggling with body image or the pressures of dieting, the holidays can feel overwhelming. We’ll explore these challenging, but important, topics to help you navigate the season with more joy and less stress.
This will also include a lesson on supplementation and how to source supplements appropriately, as well as telling you about my favorite brands as a clinical nutritionist. There will be full sized samples of my favorite brands and products so you can experience them yourself!
