We'll have a plethora of classes, dancing, multiple bardic performances, and a feast based on the foods of the Amber Road, featuring a bardic showcase. Gold Key will be available for anyone who needs medieval clothing for the day. We'll have a fun "Is It Cake?" competition and a Storytellers' Point for tales of daring deeds, bold adventures and outrageous stories that may or may not have any basis in reality. Come vote for your favorite bard and see if they win fame and recognition during Evening Court.

Meal information
The Feast will be a four course served feast with family style platters. All dishes are inspired by the Amber Road, an ancient trade route for the transfer of amber from coastal areas of the North Sea and the Baltic Sea to the Mediterranean. A full menu with at least a basic ingredient breakdown will be made available for those with food sensitivities.
CLASSES OFFERED
Musical Instrument Petting Zoo - Learn about some historic stringed and percussion instruments ranging from the Bronze Age through the Renaissance and try them out. Suitable for kids (with a parent helper present for little kids) - 2 hours
Lyre is for Lovers/Kantele demo - This is a combination class. Lyre is for Lovers - Learn about the Lyre, it's history, and how it's played! Bonus - Hear the tune from the Seikilos epitaph, one of the earliest known melodies, and have a chance to try it out yourself! Kantele Demo - Learn about and play the Kantele, a plucked zither from Finland and neighboring Baltic region. Learn how to play simple block and strum chords on it and a simple melody. One hour, class limited to six people
Profiling Fairytales - A class to talk about the archetypes of fairy tales, the bones of what each fairytale needs, the 7 rules of character survival in fairytales and how it is decided how old a fairytale is in academic circles
