StrollerBurn is a 45-minute total-body workout designed for moms with strollers. The workout consists of strength training and cardio, all while entertaining little ones with fun!No matter what skill level you are, class can be modified to meet your needs. This class is about giving you what you need without the mom guilt of leaving your little one!
At the start of class we match up walkers with walkers and runners with runners—instant workout buddy, potential new BFF. The 45-minute class consists of a warm up walk, then we will walk/run for 30 seconds - 1 minute then stop for a 2-3 minute strength session, repeat for about 30 minutes and end with a cool down walk and stretch!
