Come join our supportive, nurturing & uplifting community and experience increased strength, more energy, lowered risk of postpartum depression and more.
This class focuses on boosting cardiovascular endurance, strengthening muscles, deep core exercises and improving posture and alignment
These workouts are open to mothers of all fitness levels that have been cleared to exercise post birth.
Classes run on Thursdays at 10:00am - 11:00am at Richvale Athletic Park in Richmond Hill.
Series runs from July 4th to August 8th.
