Caregivers and their stroller age children are invited to enjoy a 60-minute total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller. Registration required. Please call 925-373-5540 or 925-373-5505 to register. Fit4Mom Tri-Valley is providing this class at the Rincon Library located in the May Nissen Park. Must bring your own stroller.
