This weekly “Walk & Talk” is a chance for women to move their bodies, connect, and ask questions about menopause, perimenopause, PCOS, metabolic health, and weight management—all in a supportive, judgment-free space.
Whether you’re curious about hormones, navigating weight changes in midlife, or wondering how to support your metabolism, Dr. Tierney will share practical insights grounded in evidence-based care and compassion.

- A gentle 2.4-mile loop around Seward Park (about 45–60 minutes)
- Casual Q&A along the way — no slides, no sales pitch, just conversation
