Join our monthly support group at Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital Phoenix, where we provide a place for stroke survivors and care partners to receive social support from peers and professionals. Our dedicated team is here to help you navigate the challenges you may encounter as you adjust to the changes in your life. The group includes guest speakers from our therapy team and the community, offering survivors, caregivers, and family members the chance to share concerns and support each other.American Stroke Association approved
