Stroke Development Series- Winter Session 1

Eden Prairie Wednesday evening Stroke Series- for any new (but comfortable) adult swimmer, preparing for fitness swimming, triathlon, open water, or just a desire to understand efficient, faster, and less injury-prone freestyle swimming.
Winter Session 1- January 7,14, 21, Feb 4- 7:45-8:45 pm Eden Prairie Community Center. Meet in pool lobby 15 minutes in advance.
A series of four technical classes for development of a faster, sustainable distance freestyle. This course is designed with elements of Total Immersion curriculum, open water preparation, video analysis, and tempo training. Each four-week course will cover the same material, but in a level of detail that revisiting it in the second session is a worthy commitment for an improving swimmer. Filming with narration will be done EVERY WEEK.
