Join us for a free Stroke and Heart Attack Prevention Class with Hands-On CPR Training, hosted by Zion Lutheran Church of Mission Valley and training conducted by DeTar Healthcare System. This important class, designed for the Mission Valley community, will provide CPR techniques, AED usage, and tips for recognizing stroke and heart attack symptoms. This training is suitable for anyone age 10 and older. The class will take place on Thursday, February 20, 2025, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Zion Lutheran Church Fellowship Hall (12183 FM 236, Mission Valley).
