Strike it Strong: A safety workshop for high school and college-age girls, a benefit event!

Local businesswomen Nancy Lipkin Starr (former Sipera) and Cheryl Squadrito have joined forces to create an event that will help young women to stay safe and feel empowered, while raising money for local women in crisis. Join Nancy and Cheryl for a self-defense class on Tuesday, July 16 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at , 116 Kings Hwy East, Haddonfield.

Experienced instructor and owner of Body Physics, will lead practical exercises and demonstrations for self-defense, while encouraging women to trust their instincts about dicey situations. The class will teach the skills needed to protect yourself and feel more secure in your daily life. This workshop is designed to boost confidence and teach valuable safety techniques and is exclusively for high school girls and college-age young women.

Don’t miss this unique opportunity to connect with other like-minded people and build your strength both physically and mentally.

NOTE: Please wear comfortable workout clothes.
