Strides For Success Run

Welcome to the Strides For Success Run! Lace up your sneakers and join us for a fun-filled event at Lake Baldwin Park. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, this run is perfect for all fitness levels. Come out and enjoy the beautiful scenery while supporting a great cause. All sign-up fees and pledges will go towards the scholorship fund that ISI is raising` for upcoming seniors going to college. Options to sign up are explained below. Don't miss out on this opportunity to challenge yourself and make a difference. See you at the starting line!

• General Admission $30 which includes the $5 registration fee and $25 in donations
• Bronze Runner $40 which includes a customized waterbottle, the $5 registration fee and $35 in donations
• Gold Runner $50 which includes a T-shirt, the $5 registration fee and $45 in donations
• Donation (For donors who wish to donate but not participate in the run)

Liability Disclaimer:

By participating in the Stride For Success Run, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk: You understand that participating in the run involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to, the risk of injury, illness, or even death. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in the event, including those caused by terrain, weather, equipment, actions of other participants, and any other conditions beyond the control of the event organizers.
2. Health and Fitness: You certify that you are physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in the run. You agree to abide by all rules and regulations of the event, and you acknowledge that the organizers reserve the right to disqualify you from the event if they believe your participation poses a risk to yourself or others.
3. Release of Liability: In consideration of being permitted to participate in the run, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, or any affiliated individuals or entities, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you or any property belonging to you, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise, while participating in the event.
4. Medical Treatment: You authorize event staff and volunteers to administer first aid and seek emergency medical treatment for you if necessary. You understand that any medical costs incurred as a result of such treatment will be your responsibility.
5. Photography and Publicity: You grant permission to the event organizers and their agents to use photographs, videos, or other recordings of you taken during the event for promotional and publicity purposes, without compensation to you.
6. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations during your participation in the event.
7. Acknowledgment of Understanding: You have carefully read and fully understand this liability disclaimer, and you voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions. You acknowledge that this agreement shall be binding upon your heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns in perpetuity.
