? Stride Sisters Walking Group Event?♀️?Calling all Stride Sisters!

Walk departs: 6.15am - SHARP
MEETING AT: Mount Martha North Beach carpark
WALK route: TO BE Decided on the morning - either an estuary walk, or a walk along the beach with a looped destination in mind.
Duration: 45 mins to 1 hour + (if you have commitments, you don't have to stay!)
Wear comfy footwear with decent grips. Bring your swimmers if you fancy a cold dip at the end of the walk.
Join us for our all Female walking group event.
This group has been created to provide an avenue of support for cis women who require accountability in regular exercise.
We will explore it's picturesque pathways whilst we forge connections & friendships.
Together, we create a safe haven of support.

We kindly request your understanding and respect for our commitment to maintaining an all-CIS female environment.
Furthermore, contrary to any other comments or announcements, a decision has been made to make these events "pet free" whilst initially dogs were welcomed, I've had multiple requests from interested parties who would be reluctant to attend if dogs were present. So in light of not wanting to exclude ladies for our 4 legged friends, we hope that the dog lovers leave the pooches at home for these outings and come just for the 2 legged conversation.
Please note these rules are in place to foster a safe and supportive space for women to connect, grow, and share openly, without fear of judgment or discomfort.
