After the success of our first fair in August, we thought we’d do it all again but this time, with some extra Christmas spirit.
On Saturday 18th November, come along to the art fair where you can buy arty, unique, and handmade gifts from a huge selection of talented creatives from across the North West.
We’ll have over 25 stalls where you can buy original and printed art, ceramic gifts such as mugs, candle holders, vases, photography prints, jewellery, Christmas decorations and so much more. You’ll find a huge array of items to buy for you and your loved ones, all from a variety of talented, creative artists.
What’s a Christmas art fair without a couple of Christmas art workshops! We are currently finalising what workshops we will have on offer: will it be bauble making, calligraphy Christmas cards, or make your own macrame decorations? We are talking to different artists and will launch the workshops asap!
Another success of our August fair was the kids craft table, so we’ll be back with that again and this time, the children can make a Christmas card! We’ll have a craft table full of goodies for the kids to create their own designs- free as part of the event. Grab some Christmas stickers, tissue paper, colour pencils, glitter pens and more to make your own personalied Christmas card. (Must be accompanied by an adult, one card per child).
The Stretford Art Fair: Christmas Edition is is another event for us to showcase a range of events and artists we plan to work with when we have our own art gallery. All the profits of the event will go towards the set up costs of opening up the gallery-come-art space, where we can host exhibitions, workshops, community groups and more.
So come and join us for a day of Christmas arty fun, only £1.50 (free for under 12s), but any donations would be incredible!
