Increase your mobility, strength, stability and flexibility. This class is specifically designed to help older adults and those with limited mobility to obtain and maintain functional fitness that is beneficial to every day living.
Led by Tarsha Gibbons, personal trainer and founder of Gibbons Family Fitness. This program is made possible through funding from the Westchester County Board of Legislators.
