2.5 hour workshop where we will discover tight areas in the body, improve spinal health & then stretch!About this Event
Using lacross balls, we will take you through a full body trigger release sequence to help you discover where you are tight and then learn how to release the tension. We will then use Pilates & a soft ball to improve spinal health. The second half of the workshop will be partner assisted stretching which is a stretch based therapy...And feels amazing.
- Introduction to the workshop
- Ball tension release and mobility- 30 minutes
- Pilates flow and strength- 45 minutes
- Break 10-15 minutes
- Partner assisted stretch therapy- 60 minutes
