These clinically proven techniques are so powerful and effective, you only need to practice once or twice a week for amazing results.This program is located at Britannia Community Centre in the Canucks Family Education Centre (next to the park, above the day care) and advanced registration is required by the City of Vancouver.
If available, drop-ins are $40 plus tax when you arrive 15 minutes to the pool.
