A brand new weekly class from New Forest Academy of Dance.This class is open to everyone from Year 8 upwards, including adults. It’s designed to help you:
- Build strength and flexibility
- Tone and condition your body
- Develop confidence in your movement
- Improve range of motion for both dance and general fitness
When: Tuesdays in termtime: 18:30 - 19:30
Where: The Wellington Room, The Lymington Centre
Who: Dancers and Non-Dancers alike, children from Year 8 upwards and Adults of any age!
Cost: £8.70 per class, pay-as-you-go
Whether you’re looking to enhance your dance training or simply want to feel fitter and stronger, this class will give you the tools to reach your goals. The focus is on conditioning the body to support technique – helping with power, control and form in everything from kicks and turns to leaps and jumps.
Stretch, Strengthen & Sculpt is a brilliant way to complement your weekly classes, but it also works perfectly as a standalone session for anyone who wants to tone up and improve their overall fitness.
This class is part of our weekly timetable, but with pay-as-you-go flexibility. Give it a try and feel the difference!
