About this Event
Improve your range of motion, stability, and strength in one adaptable class. Throughout the hour, we will work through various types of warm-up, stability and/or bodyweight strength work, stretching, and a cool down. The goal is to understand your range of motion and strength and to work on improving both over time in a safe and supportive environment. This is a high-energy class suitable for all levels of fitness.
