Join Above + Beyond Cancer for a free yoga class at Scheels!This Gentle + Active Vinyasa Class will be adaptive to all levels, and reinforce science-based benefits of a yoga practice for cancer survivors. This class is free to anyone interested.
Please bring your own yoga mat, however extras will be available.
Doors will open at 9:15 am and class begins at 9:30 am. Please enter through the North outside doors by the parking lot (not inside the mall).
Participants will receive a $10 gift card to shop at Scheels immediately following the class!
