This scalable class is designed to kick start your bodies rest and recovery progress after a hard week of training, teach techniques that you can use outside of class to support and optimize your current training program and provide a safe and supportive environment for you to work towards your specific flexibility and mobility goals with the guidance of a certified and experienced professional.
If you've been putting in the hard yards with your training but not seeing the results you believe you should be, you're stiff and sore all the time or you have no idea where to begin with warm ups, cool downs, muscle recovery and down training your nervous and musculoskeletal systems, or, you just need someone to force to give your body the movement that it needs ... then this is the class for you!
Each class will focus on a different area of the body and will incorporate a number of different recovery tools - from active and passive stretching, basic/beginner yoga, PNF and CARS techniques, foam rolling, self-release and inversion.
