Our friend Connie, a private yoga instructor for more than 20 years, will guide you through gentle, seated movements that will release tension you're holding in your body.
These are movements you can do at home, too! No special equipment or sparkly Lycra outfits needed (unless you just want them). Just wear some loose clothing that allows you to move your arms and legs naturally (no pretzels).
