You are invited to a community Parkinson's event with instructor Heidi Brown. Stretch into Serenity is a free Parkinson’s wellness event. The morning has been created for those living with Parkinson’s, as well as support partners. Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating morning of gentle yoga designed to calm the mind and restore the body.
Whether you're comfortable on a mat or prefer the support of a chair, we’ve got you covered with two levels of mobility-friendly yoga—no experience needed!
Led by seasoned yoga instructor Heidi Brown, you'll be guided through peaceful stretches and breathing techniques to help counteract stress and release physical tension.
