8:00-8:45 Hot Active Flow Yoga
9:30-10:15 2-Mile Trail Walk (families and pets welcome)
11:00-11:45 Hot Mat Pilates
11:45-12:30 Closing Ceremony & Acknowledgements
Participants will receive a T-Shirt (register by 9/5), complimentary smoothie from Elixir Cafe & Juicery, and tickets to enter into our raffle basket giveaway in collaboration with other local businesses. Registrations for additional activities will receive additional raffle tickets.
Tickets:
$100 for the first activity chosen
$50 per activity after the first
$200 for all three activities
$5 for kids walking
