Stretch + Flow on the Beach
Start your day with a gentle Stretch + Flow class right on the sand of our semi-private beach.
Class begins with a gentle stretching yoga flow and ends with a guided meditation. This is an all-level 60 minute class. Even if you have never meditated or taken yoga before, you will feel right at home moving your body to the sound of the ocean waves. This is a great way to have a peaceful, more productive day.
The Details
- Space is limited - be sure to register!
- Arrive a minimum of15 minutes prior to class start time to park, make your way to the beach, and get set up.
- Please note there are about 3 flights of stairs to descend to get down to the Beach Terrace beach.
- Don't forget a water bottle, sunscreen, and sunglasses. Feel free to bring a yoga mat if you'd like, but a towel or blanket work great on the sand.
- Street parking is available.
- Each person must sign up individually. Duplicate names will be delated and the ticket released back to the community.
