Yoga Kriya
A gentle, beginner-friendly practice designed to help you breathe deeper, move easier, and feel more energized in just a few minutes. This simple sequence supports longevity by calming the nervous system, improving circulation, and reconnecting you to your body’s natural rhythm. Perfect for all ages and all levels - come as you are and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more alive.
We will close with a 15-minute guided meditation, sharing mindfulness tools and takeaways to help you recognize the “luck” already present in your life, deepen self-love, and navigate daily stress with greater ease and clarity.
NOTE: Due to limited space, registration is required. Please bring a mat.
Come dressed in your luckiest green or St. Patrick’s Day attire - comfortable enough to move, stretch, and breathe.
