Yoga for Endurance, Injury Prevention & Recovery
In this Stretch & Strength for Runners Workshop, you'll learn how to improve flexibility, prevent injuries and strengthen the stabilizing muscles that keep you running strong. We'll also introduce breathwork techniques to enhance endurance and mental strategies to push through tough miles.
