Stretch & Soundbath

Come join us for a relaxing saturday to start your day off right. This will be an intimate space where we will offer a grounding tea or cacao to open your heart center and align back to a calm state. As you let go of the week's stress and unwind with gentle stretches, myofascial release on our joints to soothe your muscles, tightness in your muscles to recalibrate. We will followed by a soothing soundbath experience.

This event is perfect for anyone looking to relax, rejuvenate, and reconnect with themselves. Don't miss out on this opportunity to treat yourself to some much-needed self-care!

We will also have sweet treats to nourish your heart and soul.

• Doors Open at 5:00 pm, we will begin by 5:15 pm (doors close 5:15 pm)
• Parking: There is parking all around the block.
• The morning of we will email you or text you instructions in order to come into the space.
• What to bring: you are welcome to bring your own yoga mat or blanket or anything you feel called to bringing in order to feel comfortable.
