About this Event
We’ll begin with guided stretching and self-myofascial release led by Sarah Caveney, using a foam roller and the breath to unwind areas where we commonly hold stress, including the back, hips, and calves. This gentle, accessible movement prepares the body for deep rest.
From there, you’ll be guided into a restorative sound bath led by Sarah Kleiman. Crystal bowls, nature sounds, and live vocal tones work together to support nervous-system calming, emotional release, and deep relaxation. Sarah’s voice is intuitive and created in the moment, offering warmth, presence, and space to fully receive.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, grounded, restored, and more at ease in your body.
No prior experience necessary.
