A gentle yoga class to help you unwind midweek — blending mindful movement, calming breath, and a touch of pooch therapy with Ruby Doo, who has a natural gift for bringing calm and joy wherever she goes.Inspired by Kundalini Yoga and Mindfulness, each session offers a breathing space from the stresses of everyday life — inviting you to release mental chatter, soften into your body, and return to the stillness within.
No experience needed. Suitable for all ages and abilities.
