We recognize that the work week can be stressful and exhausting, and sometimes that carries into your days off.
Start your weekend off with a relaxing Saturday morning Stretch & Sip yoga class. This is your invitation to unwind and relax with a 60-minute indoor yoga session at the beautiful Hilton Garden Inn Denver Union Station. Yoga will be taught every other Saturday at 9:00am from January 14-March 25. This is a donation-based class and will be supporting a local wellness nonprofit, Habitual Roots.
- Following class, attendees are invited for a complimentary mimosa with a purchase of an entrée at Woodie Fisher Kitchen & Bar.
- Parking: metered parking is available nearby or complimentary valet when you dine at Woodie Fisher after class. The address is: 1999 Chestnut Place, Denver, CO 80202.
- Upon arrival to the hotel, take the elevator to the second floor and turn right. Class will be held in the beautiful pre-function space with large floor to ceiling windows, providing warm, natural light throughout your practice.
- We find that the daily stressors in life really get to the body and mind a lot. Additionally, we are here to bring together local community members into a unique space for community, connection, and collaboration!
There will also be an opportunity for mindful mingling and community integration afterwards.
Bring your own mat and water bottle.
This class is accessible to all, with the opportunity to donate to Habitual Roots Nonprofit. Habitual Roots is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to connecting communities by spreading the knowledge of emotional intelligence and mindfulness. Our goal is to create a world where everyone has the opportunity to know themselves well and improve their sense of inner peace.
