About this Event
Grab your girls and join us for Stretch and Sip! Flow through a restorative yoga session, then toast to celebrating women, wellness, and community. Wel at Humana is partnering with Trellis Brewing, Humana Women’s NRG and For Lady's Sake non-profit to bring you good vibes, craft brews, and brunch. Move, connect, and soak in the inspiring atmosphere with yoga, giving back, and even better company. All yogi levels welcome!
The cost to attend? Giving. In partnership with For Lady's Sake, we're uniting our community to make a tangible difference. Although the event is free to attend, we are encouraging you to bring a non-perishable feminine hygiene product so that, together, we can fight period poverty in Louiville. If you're feeling extra generous, you can support women in need even more by donating to For Lady's Sake HERE.

NEED TO KNOW
- Stetch & Sip is a yoga style class focused on full body movements using your own body weight. Intensity will vary between poses throughout class.
- Class will offer movement modifications.
- Attendees will need to bring their own Yoga mat. Please bring a towel and a water bottle if needed.
- Attendees are encouraged to hang out at Trellis Brewing following the event for brews and brunch where will be highlighting a specialty beer and cocktail.
