8-Week Stretch & Sip with Ruach Yogi at Jafe Cycling

Detail: Join us for a fun and relaxing start to the week with a 45-minute stretch followed by a sip from a beverage of your choice. All sips will be curated from a black owned breweries, winemakers, and tea masters. All levels are welcome and encouraged to join, even first-timers. Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, towel, and a thirst for fun, increased flexibility and relaxation.

Limited Capacity: Class is $10 and limited to the first 20 registrants. The cost of your sip is included. Registration is non-refundable and a waiver is required.

Check-in: Arrive at 6:15 to get checked in and set-up. Class starts promptly at 6:30
