🧘♀️ 45-Minute Stretch Class
Begin with a gentle, low-impact stretch class (Stretch & Release style) combining mindful movement and breath to increase flexibility, improve balance, reduce muscle tension, and promote relaxation. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class blends elements of yoga and Pilates-inspired stretching to awaken the body and prepare it for deeper healing work.
🔥 30-Minute Cupping Therapy
Next, experience the benefits of cupping therapy, an ancient healing technique that uses gentle suction to lift tissues and fascia, stretch knotted muscles, and relieve areas of tightness and pain. Cupping enhances circulation, bringing oxygen and nutrients to promote healing and reduce inflammation. You’ll receive two cups on the area of your choice - commonly the trapezius, lower back, or mid/upper back - depending on where you carry the most tension. The circular marks left behind are simply signs of stagnation releasing from the body. Lay back, relax and let the cupping do the work.
💫 15-Minute Acupuncture Reset
Finally, as you settle into savasana, you’ll receive a single acupuncture point at Yin Tang - located between the eyebrows, often called the “third eye.” Needling this point promotes deep relaxation, eases anxiety, quiets the mind, and restores a sense of inner calm.
Leave feeling lengthened, lighter, and deeply grounded.
